Holiday flat for 2 to 5 people with a fantastic view of the Lienz Dolomites.

    The flat "Morgenrot" is located on the 2nd floor of our farm in Schrottendorf in the holiday region Lienz Dolomites, East Tyrol. Located directly on the Pustertaler Höhenstraße, the holiday flat is lovingly furnished with lots of solid wood in a homely way. From the kitchen you can reach a spacious balcony from where you can enjoy a beautiful mountain view.

    If you stay more than 3 nights, you will receive free access to the Vithal swimming pool, the sports centre in Thal and the Assling wildlife park in summer.

    Perfect starting point!

    Numerous hiking trails start directly at the house. The Lienz cable cars are 15 km away. A restaurant and grocery shop can be found in the centre of Assling (8 minutes away by car).

    For families!

    Look forward to a garden with barbecue area. Children's playground for our younger guests. Pony rides are available on request!

    Location of the Obergollerhof

    Situated in a quiet position on the sunny slope of the Puster Valley

    Included services

    If you stay more than 3 nights, you will receive free access to the Vithal swimming pool, the sports centre in Thal and the Assling wildlife park in summer.

    Check in - check out

    Arrival: from 3 pm until 6 pm at the latest.
    (A later arrival is no problem, but please let us know shortly).

    Departure: until 10.00 a.m.

    Cancellation conditions
    • Guests can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The guest pays 50% of the total price in case of cancellation in the 60 days before arrival. In the event of a no-show, the guest will be charged the total price of the booking.
    • The guest pays 50% of the total price as an advance payment after booking.
    • We accept advance payments by: Bank transfer. We will arrange the refund within: 7 days.
